Due to high value of our Items Signature is required upon delivery.
Since a signature will be required, orders may be delivered to your place of work, or another more convenient destination.
In order to protect our clients against fraud, these alternative addresses will be confirmed with your credit card or financing company. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
General Shipping Information
Orders placed by 6pm EDT are processed within 1-2 business days. . Exceptions include items that require ring sizing, are out of stock, and items that are personalized. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days if you have requested a ring in a non-standard size.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

FedEx Standard Overnight® delivery is only available for in-stock items that do not require personalization or additional processing time, such as ring sizing.
Orders for FedEx Standard Overnight® delivery must be placed prior to 11:00 a.m. ET to be received on the next business day by 5:00 p.m.
